this kind of phenomenon in the planning of Foshan Jinwei project is called fatigue crack initiation project with an annual output of 400000 kiloliters of beer, and the phase I capacity is 200000 kiloliters. The pot output of the saccharification workshop is 100 kiloliters, and the daily batch of saccharification reaches 10 batches/day

I. patented technology of built-in honeycomb jacket
in this project, Lehui first adopted Lehui's patented technology - built-in honeycomb jacket saccharification pot, and Jinwei has also become the first brewery in China to adopt built-in honeycomb jacket saccharification pot. Compared with the external jacket, the application of the built-in honeycomb jacket on the saccharification pot has the following advantages:
1. The honeycomb jacket is especially suitable for the heat transfer that produces phase change, so that the steam condensation film in the jacket cavity is constantly updated, which greatly improves the heat transfer coefficient of the inner cavity, and the material outside the jacket is very easy to produce turbulence on the honeycomb surface, constantly updating the contact between the material and the jacket, The mixing effect of materials and the uniformity of temperature in the whole pot are improved
2. After the jacket is placed in the pot, the thermal conductivity of the thin plate is significantly smaller than that of the thick plate, so the heat transfer coefficient of the jacket is significantly higher and the heating rate can be significantly improved
3. The honeycomb on the inner surface can form local turbulence, so as to improve the local liquid flow rate on the surface of the pot, effectively reduce scaling and prolong the cleaning cycle

II. Lehui fourth generation filter tank
the biggest highlight of this project is the filter tank. Jinwei project attaches great importance to quality and image, and all previous projects used imported filter tanks. In this PK with imported filter tank manufacturers, Lehui's fourth generation filter tank stood out with advanced technical indicators and won the bid at one stroke
the main technical advantages of Lehui's fourth generation filter tank are as follows:
1. Multi area loop pipe collection system: equipped with honeycomb wort collection ports, through the multi loop pipe collection system, the wort outflow path is more consistent, and then through the concentration control technology on the multi loop pipe, it can balance the difference between the internal and external lees, especially when washing lees, it can better ensure the uniformity of the whole lees, In order to obtain the maximum yield
2. Ploughing and waste discharging: combine the plough blade with the scraper structure well, and use it as a plough blade in forward rotation and waste discharging in reverse rotation. There is no longer the trouble of hanging and decoupling the scraper lifting mechanism, reducing maintenance, and the structure is reasonable. In addition, the combination of streamlined dovetail and S-shaped plough blade design has unexpected effect of waste discharging
3. Super large inner cylinder design: improve filtration speed and hygienic design. Improve the phenomenon of poor linear speed at the center, poor effect of grain ploughing and slow discharge speed of wheat grain
4. High level main shaft seal: the main shaft seal is always kept above the wort level during the filtration process, completely solving the problems of seal leakage and sanitary pollution
5. High performance feed valve: when opened, it is umbrella shaped, which is conducive to the distribution of the waste layer. When closed, it is flush with the sieve plate, which is conducive to the clean discharge of waste
6. Waste washing: adopt the anti oxidation waste washing method, so that the waste washing water is sprayed on the liquid surface at a close distance and flows downward in a surface shape, which is different from the general ball washing method
7. Reflux: the central reflux technology is adopted, so that the finer mixture of the reflux part can be evenly sprayed on the whole filtered liquid level, without local liquid level blockage. It can reflux below the liquid level and prevent oxidation
8. Sieve plate: the square milling groove sieve plate patented by Lehui company has high opening rate and strong interchangeability, which improves the filtration quality and waste discharge speed
9. Waste door: it has a large diameter and reasonable transmission design. It is a transmission arm. There is a floating structure between the transmission arm and the waste door. When it moves upward to be closed, it will automatically adjust the balance according to the force situation, and the sealing surface is large. It is the only high-quality door made of all stainless steel in China
10. Intelligent control program can realize full-automatic control through temperature control unit, flow control unit, differential pressure control unit, multi loop control technology, turbidity meter and concentration analyzer

III. Lehui dynamic boiling and vacuum flash patented technology
Lehui innovative high-efficiency boiling technology, combined with dynamic low-pressure boiling technology and vacuum flash technology, gives full play to their respective advantages, and becomes Lehui's original dynamic + flash boiling system
it can not only save energy and reduce consumption (including reducing the consumption of boiling direct steam and ice water), but also improve the quality of wort and improve the competitiveness of products
first, dynamic low-pressure boiling is used to maintain a certain pressure during the boiling process, and the pressure is increased and decreased periodically, so as to realize more intense boiling of wort, various reactions in the boiling are intensified, and the volatilization of bad flavor substances is accelerated. The total evaporation can be controlled within 4%, and the boiling time can be shortened to 45 minutes, saving a lot of raw steam consumption
by using the vacuum flash evaporation technology, the juice will flash and evaporate under a certain vacuum during the hot wheat exhibition, so that the temperature of the wort will be reduced and then cooled, so as to save the consumption of ice water. At the same time, the flash evaporation process can effectively drive away the DMS picked up by the wort during the high-temperature precipitation process and improve the quality of beer (the DMS content can reach below 10ppb)

IV. Lehui heat energy recovery technology is as follows: Technology

Through a shell and tube heat exchanger, heat water is used to condense the secondary steam, and a plate heat exchanger is used to cool the high-temperature condensate to normal temperature.
